Join GTRA as a Community Partner for Don’t Ghost the Vote!

The Greater Toledo Realtist Association invites community, civic and advocacy organizations to join us for our second annual Don’t Ghost the Vote: Tricks, Treats & Truth About the 2026 Election.

Don’t Ghost the Vote is a free, family-friendly, nonpartisan civic engagement event designed to make voting information and community resources more accessible. Residents will have an opportunity to meet candidates, register to vote, check their voter registration, learn more about the November election and connect with organizations serving our community.

We would love for your organization to host a Community Partner Table and share information, resources and services with attendees.

Community Partner participation is FREE and includes one 5-foot table and two chairs.

Community Partner Requirements

To help us create a fun, welcoming experience for families, participating Community Partners are required to:

• Bring individually wrapped candy or prepackaged snacks to distribute to attendees.
• Have a representative at your table throughout the event.
• Bring information, resources or materials that highlight your organization and the services you provide.
• Keep all displays, materials and interactions family-friendly and nonpartisan.
• Follow GTRA and Wayman D. Palmer YMCA event and facility guidelines.

Halloween decorations are encouraged, but not required. Costumes are welcome, but never required. Come as you are!

Community Partner registration deadline: Friday, September 25, 2026.

Space is limited. Please complete one registration per organization.
